7:00 to 11 am : Breakfast/Coffee Vendor

8:00 am : Registration ($20 fee to HAPI for late registration)

8:45 am : Rider & Judge Briefing (Mandatory)

Ride Out sign-up sheet passed out during briefing

9:30 – 11:00 am : CTC Start

11:00 am to 5:00 pm : Food vendors

12:30 to 1:30, 2 to 3:30, 4:00 to 4:30 : Horse Demos  with Lou Scarlett, Chris Mason, Tom Clover

12:30 to 4:00 : Kids Creative Painting Activities

3:00 pm : Last Rider In

3:30 pm : Raffle!

4:00 pm : Awards Ceremony

 

ALSO: Meet & Greet, Bonfire & Burgers

Friday night at HAPI Trails

80 West, 5500 South from 6pm on.

It`s a chance for competitors, friends & family to meet and mingle.

Also take this opportunity to the meet

the horses your riding to help!
