Skijoring in Victor is back, and we’re now accepting registrations online!
As part of the first annual, Great Snow Fest, Skijoring is sure to become a classic event! In this wild winter race, skiers fly over jumps and around obstacles, while being pulled by a horse and rider! This very exciting event is one of our newest, and believe us, you don’t want to miss it!

Races will take place on January 14 and 15, 2012 from 12-4pm as part of the Teton Valley Great Snow Fest.  Racers can register in four divisions:

• OPEN (PRO)*: Professional/expert competitors. (*NASJA sanctioned)
  • Prizes: 1st place team: $1,350 and 2012 Skijor belt buckle; 2nd place team: $675; 3rd place team: $225

• SPORT (AMATEUR)*: Intermediate level skill competitors. (*NASJA sanctioned)
  • Prizes: 1st place team: $300 and 2012 Skijor belt buckle; 2nd place team: $150; 3rd place team: $50

• NOVICE: New competitors or horses.
  • Prizes: 1st place team: $150; 2nd place team: $75; 3rd place team: $25

• PEEWEE: 14 years and under.
  • Prizes: 1st thru 3rd teams win gift certificates to local businesses in Teton Valley!

Ribbons will be also be awarded for 1st thru 4th winners
